Primary Meetings
- Signing of MOU and exchange with related institutions in Korea
- Details: Cooperation with related institutions and organizations in Korea to promote reading and the advancement of services for children and young adults
General Meeting
In general meetings, project outcomes of the year, project plans and pending issues in the upcoming year are
discussed. The steering committee decides the location of the general meetings. Decisions are made by the majority vote
of participating members constituting one-third of all existing members present until March of each year.
Steering Committee
The steering committee meeting is a meeting that reviews and deliberates on major annual projects and pending
issues of
the Council by gathering the committee members. The steering committee meeting is held at least once a year. An
agenda
is proposed when the majority of the members are present and are resolved by the majority vote.

Subcommittees
Subcommittees are voluntary research groups, consisting of librarians who are in charge of managing children and young
adults, aimed at enhancing library services and empowering the ability of librarians.
